libktplogger9 software package provides KDE Telepathy internal logger library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libktplogger9
libktplogger9 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libktplogger9 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libktplogger9 *
You will get with libktplogger9 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
